Looking west towards the Valle de los Ingenios we can see down Calle Real de Jigue where La Bodeguita Del Medio (car parked) and our hotel was located in Trinidad.
During the day no motorized transport is allowed on Trinidad's narrow cobbled avenues. Horse carts, bicycle taxis and walking are the only means to get around. Cars remain parked.
Most parts of Trinidad are within easy walking distance. Yet sometimes in the heat of the day, it is more convenient and fun to hire a bicycle taxi to escort you through town.
