With our arrival in Vinales we once again were experiencing transportation at its classic best. It was always fun to see from which era of automobile design your next taxi would be.

Vinales is famous for its coffee as well as its cigars. While exploring a road from our casa particular to town we came across this gentleman harvesting coffee in his orchard.

During our walk into town, we observed a horse being reshod. After they finished we made arrangements for a horse tour of the surrounding valley and tobacco farms the following day. The shoe they removed is currently hanging in our garage.
