Valparaiso is a city of dogs. Not quite strays and not quite homeless. The locals love them and care for them, yet no one owns them. This one is indeed well cared for.

Linda and I soon fell in love with the doggies of Valparaiso, Chile. Box Doggies we called them. This one was quite adept at putting on the sad forlorn expression to earn his next meal.
